The overall objective of this toolkit is to share the major National and international legislation, national policy and programme related to disability rights and benefits, to provide the conscience about the general strategies of advocacy initiatives, and to bring uniformity in the strategies of the advocacy and lobby carried out by NFDN's mechanisms across the countries for strengthening rights and benefits of the persons with disabilities.
