This organization recognizes the need to capacity building of member organizations and PWD leaders as the key strategy of accelerating the national disability movement. To do so, NFDN's activities relate to the capacity building of its member organizations and the leaders of PWDs on empowering their organizational management skills, a]dvocacy skills, and leadership skills.
