National Federation of the Disabled-Nepal has carried out an independent observation of both phase\u2019s elections from the perspective of the participation and access of persons with disabilities in the election process and voting. In this observation, operated in the cooperation of Election Commission Nepal and partnership with International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), one hundred twenty two polling centers have been observed from disability perspective. Considering the mountain, hill and <em>Terai <\/em>geographical location, this observation was implemented in seven districts by taking one from each province namely Sankhuwasava \u2013 Province 1, Saptari \u2013 Province 2, Sindhuli \u2013 Province 3, Parbat \u2013 Province 4, Bardiya \u2013 Province 5, Jumla \u2013 Province 6, and Kailali \u2013 Province 7. NFDN mobilized 122 trained observers in the selected polling locations and they were the persons with disabilities or parents of intellectual disabilities.
