राष्ट्रिय अपाङ्ग महासङ्घ नेपालको कार्यक्रम‚ क्रियाकलाप र संयन्त्रलाई थप जवाफदेही‚ उत्तरदायी‚ जिम्मेवार र पारदर्शी बनाउन यहाँको भूमिका महत्त्वपूर्ण छ । यस फारम मार्फत यहाँले संस्थागत सुधारका लागी सुझाव (Suggestion & Feedback), सेवा प्रवाहका लागि गरिने सहजीकरण सम्बन्धी गुनासो (Complaint), दुर्व्यवहार, शोषण‚ असुरक्षा तथा आर्थिक क्रियाकलाप (Safeguarding and Whistleblowing) सम्बन्धी विषयहरू पूर्ण गोपनीयताका साथ रिपोर्ट गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ । आफ्नो गुनासो पुष्टि गर्न आवश्यक पर्ने तस्बिर वा सम्बन्धित कागजातहरू (Attachment) समेत यहाँ संलग्न गरी पठाउन सकिने व्यवस्था छ ।
