National Federation of the Disabled Nepal (NFDN) is the national umbrella organization of persons with disabilities representing more than 330 member organizations throughout the country. NFDN has been working for promoting the rights of persons with disabilities by contributing for disability inclusive development, ensuring representation of persons with disabilities in decision making process, capacity building of Disabled Peoples’ Organizations (DPOs) and other stakeholders, implementation of CRPD and disability specific national legal frameworks and awareness raising on disability rights. As the representative of most marginalized community NFDN is recognized as the pioneer and facilitator for bringing disability related policies and laws in Nepal. NFDN announces this open call to hire a qualified and competent staff for the following positions in the project “Include Us” supported by CBM and requests interested eligible candidates to apply according to the given details and guidelines.

“मेरो जनगणना मेरो सहभागिता, राष्ट्रिय जनगणना २०७८” बिक्रम संवत २०७८ साल कार्तिक २५ गते देखि मंसिर ९ गते सम्म सञ्चालन हुन गईरहेको राष्ट्रिय जनगणनामा सबै अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको गणना सुनिश्चित गरौँ ।
अपाङ्गता सम्बन्धी तथ्याङ्कको अभावमा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिको पक्षमा प्रभावकारी योजना, नीति र कार्यक्रम बन्न नसकिरहेको र उनीहरू राज्यबाट पाउने सेवा सुविधा र अवसरबाट बञ्चित भईरहेको वर्तमान परिप्रेक्षलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै सम्पूर्ण अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्ति, उनीहरूका संघ-संस्था, यस क्षेत्रमा कार्यरत सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवाला, सञ्चार माध्यम, राजनैतिक दल, संघसंस्था, नागरिक समाज, नीजि क्षेत्र, अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिका परिवार, आफन्त लगायत सबैले यस पटकको जनगणनामा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिको गणना सुनिश्चित गर्न र गराउन आ-आफ्नो क्षेत्रबाट पहल गर्न राष्ट्रिय अपाङ्ग महासंघ नेपाल हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछ ।
