Introduction
The Disability Inclusive Development (DID) Technical Board is a dedicated, multidisciplinary team established to provide on-demand technical guidance and strategic support to organizations and institutions committed to inclusion. The Board supports efforts to ensure that persons with disabilities are meaningfully included in policies, programs, services, and infrastructure across sectors.
Deployed based on identified needs, the Technical Board works closely with organizations, service providers, financial institutions, development actors, disaster risk reduction stakeholders, and gender-focused initiatives to strengthen their capacity to design and implement accessible, inclusive, and rights-based interventions.
Our Role and Expertise
The DID Technical Board brings together professionals with expertise in disability rights, accessibility, inclusive education, gender equality, disaster risk reduction, governance, monitoring and evaluation, and inclusive design. The Board provides practical, context-specific solutions that support institutions to move beyond commitment toward measurable and sustainable inclusion.
