Annual Review Meeting with MyRight.

National Federation of the Disabled – Nepal (NFD-N) held a fruitful and productive annual review meeting with its long-standing partner, MyRight. The discussion focused on progress updates from both sides, shared advocacy initiatives, good practices, and key learning’s—particularly from NFD-N.
The meeting also explored strategic ways forward, and included meaningful introductions and an exchange of ideas and perspectives. Together, the partnership continues to strengthen the commitment towards disability inclusion and Inclusive Development.

  • A General Guidelines for Persons with Disabilities and All Stakeholders on Disability Inclusive Response Against COVID-19 Pandemic.

    National Federation of the Disabled Nepal (NFD-N) is happy to share general guidelines and recommendations for persons with disabilities, caretakers, parents, Disabled Peoples Organizations, service provides, government institutions, organizations working on disability issues and all relevant stakeholders on the disability-inclusive response against COVID-19 pandemic. This guideline has been developed by NFD-N in the context of Nepal based on the organizational experience of NFD-N, official information provided by WHO, official information provided by Nepal Government and the recommendations from International Disability Alliance (IDA) on COVID-19. We expect that this guideline would be helpful for all stakeholders to address the issues of persons with disabilities in all preparatory works and responses against COVID-19 in Nepal.
