श्री राष्ट्रिय अपाङ्ग महासंघ नेपाल,
भृकुटीमण्डप, काठमाण्डौं ।

विषय : अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरुको ३३ औं अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय दिवस मनाउने सम्वन्धमा ।

प्रस्तुत विषयमा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरुको ३३ औं अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय दिवस, ३ डिसेम्वर,२०२४ (२०८१ मंसिर १८ गते मंगलबार) मनाउन यस मन्त्रालयले तयारी गरिरहेको विदितै छ । उक्त दिवस मनाउन यस वर्ष संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघले तय गरेको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय नारा “Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future” र नेपालको राष्ट्रिय मूल नाराको रुपमा “समावेशी तथा दिगो भविष्यको पूर्वाधार, अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरुको प्रबल नेतृत्व यसको आधार” रहेको छ । अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरुको ३३ औं अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय दिवसको सन्दर्भमा यसै बमोजिमको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय र राष्ट्रिय नाराहरु प्रयोग गर्न गराउन हुन साथै प्रदेश स्तरमा सञ्चालन हुने कार्यक्रममा समेत यस मन्त्रालय र प्रदेश सरकारको समेत समन्वयमा कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्ने गरी उक्त दिवस मनाउने सन्दर्भमा आवश्यक समन्वय गरिदिनुहुन मन्त्रालयको मिति २०८१/०८/१२ गतेको निर्णयानुसार अनुरोध छ ।

    The Joint Consortium of National Federation of the Disabled Nepal (NFDN), The Leprosy Mission Nepal (TLMN) and The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) is jointly implementing a project “Fuelling Opportunities to End Unemployment for Nepalese with Disabilities” in short FOUND, dedicated to increase the access of persons with disabilities to employment and decent work in Nepal. As a crucial part of the project FOUND project wants to build an online Job Portal dedicated to job seekers with disabilities. In this course, the FOUND project is seeking consultancy service from renowned and qualified web designing companies of Nepal. We request the eligible company to submit their proposal including financial proposal and detailed action plan with timelines under the conditions and scope of the following Terms of Reference (TOR).
