Vacancy Announcement for Researcher and Data Analyst

The National Federation of the Disabled Nepal (NFDN) invites applications from qualified individuals for a short-term assignment as a Researcher and Data Analyst.

Assignment Details

Position: Researcher and Data Analyst
Duration: 5 working days
Work Type: Short-term consultancy
Application Deadline: Within 3 days from the date of notice

Scope of Work

The selected consultant will be responsible for:

• Reviewing existing Kobo survey data provided by NFDN
• Cleaning, organizing and analyzing the data
• Preparing key findings, tables and summaries
• Drafting a concise analytical report as per the guide/template provided by NFDN
• Coordinating with the NFDN team for feedback and finalization

Required Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social science, statistics, public health, development studies, disability studies, education, or related field
• Experience in data analysis and report writing
• Knowledge of Kobo, Excel, SPSS, Power BI or other data analysis tools will be an advantage
• Understanding of disability inclusion and rights-based approaches will be preferred
